Things I Love...

So, I don't really have anything to blog about. Seeing as everyday is generally the same I would be writing about the same things over and over. For today I decided I would share some things I love, and which everyone else should love too.

Great Danes. Who wouldn't want a dog that doubles as a small horse?

Samoas are easily the most delicious cookie ever invented. I legitimately stalk the Girl Scouts website looking for places I can buy them.

Anderson Cooper, the ultimate Silver Fox.

Shakespeare. This doesn't need explanation he is simply the greatest.

Stefon from SNL's weekend update:
I tried to embed this but because I'm a failure it didn't work. But seriously, watch this video (If you click "Stefon" it's a link.Yes I figured that out all on my own, be impressed.). Bill Hader is hilarious.

Happy Valentine's Day...

...from me and Poopy! I know, I know, yesterday was Valentine's Day. In all fairness, with the amount of reading I've been doing you should just be impressed I'm managing to blog at all (clearly you are sitting there eagerly every day waiting for me to post...all  people who actually read this). Not too much has occurred recently. I think I've finally managed to settle back into school and get into a good routine. Granted, that routine goes: work, class, work, practice, homework, repeat. Thrilling, I know. This past weekend though I decided to get adventurous and learn how to crochet booties (I'm an old lady). Luckily the wonderful Chrissi had a little baby girl not too long ago so I had the perfect excuse. After a few failed attempts they turned out adorable. You should be impressed. Sorry my life has been entirely boring but interesting things take time, time which I do not have.

I do want to mention this wonderful blog that I am completely in love with: awkwardgirls.blogspot.com
These girls are fabulous and rock outfits I would never dream of wearing. They're adorable and I can only hope to one day be remotely as witty as they are. Enjoy!

It's Lacrosse Season..

And, therefore, I have no life. Granted, games haven't started yet so I still have weekends free, but with the massive amounts of homework and LSAT studying I've basically become a hermit. As much as I enjoy lacrosse and soccer it does become a lot of pressure. Juggling classes and sports is something at which you can become adept but it is never exactly easy. I think it's easy to forget, during the off season, that sports add a whole other level of stress. At the same time, it is a great way to work out any frustrations. Being surrounded by a team of girls who are dealing with the same kind of stress is comforting, in a sense. It's reassuring to know you're not the only one feeling this way. This season, in particular is even more stressful than usual. With my applications for law school due in November, this is the last semester of grades the admissions people will have upon deciding whether or not to accept me. Needless to say getting perfect grades is pretty much required. I'm sure I'll survive and (hopefully) come out of it a better student. I know I'm going to have to get used to a heavy work load but that doesn't make it any easier at the moment. Strangely enough, I am still glad to be back at school and not being a lazy bum like I was all break.
